These terms apply to this website, to the Flow State Inner Circle community, and to any coaching, training or digital product I sell. By using any of them you agree to what is below.

This is the most important thing on this page.
I am a kettlebell, breathwork and movement coach. I am not a doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor or any other licensed clinician, and I do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Nothing I publish or send is medical advice. If pain increases, stop and check with a clinician. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or are under medical care, speak to your clinician before starting.
You train at your own risk. You are responsible for judging whether an exercise is appropriate for your body on that day.
When you join the Flow State Inner Circle you get access to a private community and its training material, for as long as your membership is active. When you buy a digital product you get access to that product.
Nothing is sold as a guaranteed outcome. I do not promise a specific result, a timeline, or that any particular pain will resolve. Bodies differ, and anyone who promises a guaranteed outcome in this field is not being straight with you.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase under consumer law. If you ask within 14 days of purchase, I refund it.
The one exception is where you asked to start immediately and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right — which is what happens when you access the material straight away. Where that applies, I will say so before you pay.
Outside that statutory right, I handle refunds case by case. Ask me. I would rather refund someone who did not get value than keep money from someone who feels misled.
The Inner Circle is a place for people training together. In it you agree not to:
I can remove anyone who breaks these rules, and I will remove content that makes a health claim I cannot stand behind. If I remove you for breaking the rules, that is not a refund event.
You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting in the community you give me permission to show it inside the community. I will not use your video, photo or story in marketing without asking you first, in writing, and you can say no.
The training material, videos, written guides and structure are mine. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them. You may not resell them, publish them, or feed them into another product.
I aim to keep things running but I do not promise uninterrupted access. The community is hosted by Skool and the email is sent through GoHighLevel; if either has an outage, that is outside my control. I will tell you if something is down for long enough to matter.
To the extent the law allows, my liability to you is limited to what you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by my negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.
You can cancel at any time, from inside the platform or by emailing me. I can end a membership for a serious or repeated breach of §6. If I end it for any other reason, I refund the unused part.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Lleida have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
If these terms change materially, I update the date at the top and tell members by email. Continuing to use the community after a change means you accept the new version.
