If you have messaged me, joined the Flow State Inner Circle, bought something, or joined my email
list, you can ask me to delete everything I hold about you. You do not need a reason, and it costs
nothing.
Include the email address you used, and your Instagram, Facebook or Skool username if you contacted
me there — that is enough for me to find you. You do not have to explain why.
What happens next
Within 7 days I confirm I received your request.
Within 30 days the data is deleted, and I tell you what was removed.
If something has to be kept, I say exactly what and why — usually only an invoice, because Spanish
tax law requires me to keep it for four years.
What gets deleted
Your email address and name from my mailing list.
Your message history with me on Instagram, Facebook, Threads or email.
Notes I made about your training or your body, including anything about pain or injury.
Your record in my contact system, and any tags attached to it.
Analytics tying your activity to your identity.
What gets kept, and why
Invoices and payment records — required by Spanish tax law for four years. These
are the minimum legal record, not marketing data.
Anonymous, aggregated counts — for example "the list has 1,135 people". No
individual is identifiable in those numbers.
If you connected through Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove the app's access yourself, without contacting me:
Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find the app →
Remove.
Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → find the app → Remove.
Removing access stops any future data reaching me. It does not by itself delete what I already hold —
send the email above for that.
Unsubscribing is different
If you only want to stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or
reply with the word stop. That removes you from sending but keeps your purchase record,
which is what you want if you ever need support or a receipt.
If I get it wrong
Tell me first — rokasgavenavicius07@gmail.com — and
I will fix it. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection
authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos:
aepd.es.
Full detail on what I collect and why is in the
privacy policy.
